Shopping Information

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

All our products have a lead time of 10-14 working days unless stated otherwise. Orders are being processed immediately, so we cannot edit, add to, or change orders once they are placed. Clients should double check their shipping address and cart contents to avoid any error.

What Shipping Methods are Available?

We use The Courier Guy as our main door-door courier service. Clients can also opt to collect orders from our offices in George, Western Cape. Once your order has been shipped, the client will receive an email containing a tracking number.
Courier to main cities takes 1-2 working days and other regional areas between 2-4 working days.

Do I Have to Pay for Shipping?

We have a flat rate courier rate of R85, with free shipping on orders over R1000.

Can I Return or Exchange an Order?

If the clients would like to return or exchange an order, they are welcome to do so within 30 days of receiving the order. However, the client will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item(s) to us. Products must be returned in original Modern Easy packaging. Once we have received the item(s) we will inspect it for damage. If all is well, the client will be able to choose something else from our shop or request a full refund.

We offer 2 payment options when buying from Modern Easy: EFT or PayFast.

Product Care Instructions

How Do I Clean My Products?

After every use, clean the product with a wet wipe or cloth and soap water.
Let it air dry completely before folding for storage.
Remove any creases by laying it flat in the sun. Products can also be hung or steamed.

DO NOT use any permanent markers, pen, nail polish OR acrylics our products and refrain from cutting on them as this will damage and/or stain the product.
